Trevor has been a resident of the surrounding Charlotte area, where he grew up in Lincolnton since 1996. He lived in Charlotte while attending school at UNC Charlotte where he graduated with a BA in Mathematics for Business. He now lives in Denver with his beautiful wife and kids near Lake Norman. Trevor has always had a passion for sales from an early age and naturally few in love with real estate. He enjoys the feeling of watching a new satisfied homeowner close on their property and gets great satisfaction of selling homes for top dollar for his sellers. Trevor and his wife enjoy going on adventurous hikes with their dog and enjoying God's creation of nature. Trevor enjoys riding motorcyles of all types and he enjoys working on them as well as automobiles.
Career Experience
Trevor has worked various jobs throughout his life. He started off fairly young, working alongside his father and helping clients with his landscaping company. Trevor then got a job in high school as a cook at a local restaurant. He spent his free time buying broken vehicles, repairing them, and selling them. This is where he discovered his passion for sales and entrepreneurship. He began doing small investments here and there with vehicles and various items and learned he was rather good at turning a profit on these . Trevor has spent over 17 years with investing and has carried that knowledge of common grounds into the real estate world. Trevor has worked for a commercial real estate firm where he wore various hats of workmanship. Some of these roles included running a storage facility and handling leases, overseeing and orchestrating marketing campaigns, signage for brokerage activity, and various project management assignments. Across the board, Trevor has been a part of various postions of different heights and depths throughout his career. Throughout all of these, the one thing he has learned is that you never fully focus on the money. "No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money." - Matthew 6:24 Trevor believes that doing a good job and putting others' needs first will supply the income itself there after. His focus in any real estate transaction is to meet the clients's needs and to perform at his best ability.
